In either case, you will need your SS number the first time to get into the system, but once you establish your user name and password, it's pretty easy to navigate into your account information.
By the way, don't try just prudential.com; that will get you into their larger site for insurance, etc., and is hard to find your way.
As you know if you are in the Local 22 referral system, our Annuity has recently moved to Prudential from RPA. Each of you now has an account with Prudential and should start getting reports soon. In the meanwhile, a representative from Prudential made a presentation on 7/9/09 for us, explaining the new plan. You can download from this site 3 things:

The Prudential Beneficiary form as a pdf file
The three items can be printed out if you wish, although a copy of the Booklet is available for anyone at the Local 22 office, and the Beneficiary form is included in that booklet. There is an audio recording mp3 file of the session that is also available if you would like to have it. It will download as a compressed zip file, as it is large; your computer should automatically convert it to the mp3 file. He can email you a link to download it. The audio recording is a combination of the 2 presentations from 7/9, which were basically the same thing, but both Q and A sessions are included.
Please note: It is important for everyone to fill out the Beneficiary Form and submit it to Prudential; it could have huge consequences for your estate if you do not.
